The Factors Affecting Human Mental Health, Internal and External
Mental health is influenced by human factors, internal and external. Both affect each other and can cause a mental illness so that it can cause mental disturbance.
A. Internal factors
Internal factor is the factor that comes from someone like character, talent, descent and so. For examples good, crabbed, jealous, jealous, shy, intrepid, and so. Examples of talent such as talent to paint, acting, and others. While descendants aspects like descendants of the emotions, intellectual, self potential, and so on.
B. External factors
External factors are factors that are outside ourselves that can affect someone’s mental. External environment that most closely with a human family like a parent, child, wife, sister, brother, grandfather, grandmother, and many more.
Other outside factors that influence such as the legal, political, social, cultural, religious, government, education, employment, community, and so. The good external factors that can maintain someone’s good mental, but the external factors that bad / not good is also potential to be the cause of mental illness.
