Tips for Loosing Weight
My name is Scott Gowton and I am fascinated in the world of weight loss, this is a thirty billion pound industry a year which makes it one of the largest market places in the world. There are so many different ways to lose weight people just don’t know where to start, some people want to go the natural way which is plenty of exercise and lots of healthy eating, others want to use the quick and lazy way which is diet pills and medicines, then there is people who like the magic way with herbs, potions and acupuncture, but in reality no one really knows what to do to lose weight because there are far to many options for them to choose.
Everyone wants to lose weight, the problem being that no one can stick to it, now I have come up with reason for this and in my own personal experience I think its because all dieting is boring and is missing the fun factor, no one wants to do something that is boring. Most experts that people see to lose weight charge a fortune then tell them to run about 50 miles a day and eat a salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner, well in my knowledge anyone that does that will lose weight but who wants to run everyday and eat salads all the time and go bust while doing it, not me that’s for sure.
